OMG Training and Development CIC is a grassroots provider of education, training, and mentorship, delivering innovative learning programmes to some of inner-London’s most disaffected and vulnerable young people.

We focus on engaging a community from London boroughs who face multiple barriers to progression, whether in education or in employment.

OMG offers a range of accredited and flexible courses, with emphasis on the music and entertainment industries, tailored to suit the individual.

Our bespoke programmes are designed to support young people at risk of further disadvantage in acquiring skills, knowledge and self-belief to aid them in getting a job where they can thrive.

We see this as addressing marginalisation head-on by creating opportunities for integration, as well as boosting the individual’s wellbeing.

In addition to this, OMG provides learners with a wide range of enhancement activities and opportunities for personal social development (PSD) - a crucial aspect of overall wellbeing.

We provide the support the young person needs to increase their chances of long-term success with their learning.

Our community’s outcomes demonstrate the effectiveness of our work, with the majority of our young people progressing to fulfilling employment, further education, or training following their programme with us.
